From activation to payout, here is the full journey — no blind spots.
Activate via French business ID (5 minutes)
You enter your SIRET, we query Pappers/INSEE to fetch the company name, legal form, directors and address. You confirm, e-sign the collection mandate via Yousign, open your Stripe Connect Standard account and enable 2FA. The account is usable immediately.
Submit the invoice
Manual entry of a single case or CSV import for batches. Attach the supporting documents (PDF invoice, purchase order, email thread). Statutory late-payment interest (ECB rate + 10 pts) and the €40 flat fee are calculated automatically as required by French commercial law.
Dunning journey orchestrated by our AI
Our AI engine analyses your profile (industry, size, debtor typology, average claim age) and builds a tailor-made journey: the sequence of channels (transactional email via Brevo, SMS via OVH/Twilio, registered mail via Merci Facteur, qualified eIDAS e-registered mail via AR24, WhatsApp Business, semi-manual LinkedIn), the cadence and the tone. You retain the right to approve, pause or exclude a channel — but RECOUVRA drives the orchestration, not you.
Debtor portal + payment
Every dunning message carries a signed magic link to a dedicated debtor portal. The debtor views the debt, downloads the certificate, can dispute, negotiate a plan or pay immediately via Stripe Checkout (card, transfer, SEPA direct debit depending on amount).
Direct payout to your IBAN
On payment, Stripe Connect automatically deducts the RECOUVRA commission (`application_fee_amount`) and pays out the net to your bank account (T+2 to T+7 depending on your Stripe profile). You receive the commission invoice, the debtor receives a payment certificate, the case is closed.
